Do you already have a cluster.dk profile?
Did you make a profile long time ago, and nothing happened?
If so, please do not create a new profile. Please contact cluster.dk Admin so we can find your old profile.


New users - security
For security reasons ALL new cluster.dk profiles are validated in order to be accepted or declined.


Lounge members only
To avoid stress on cluster.dk database and servers we cannot accept all new users now.
Lounge members (users that are willing to support cluster.dk financially via Lounge support) will have priority.
As a Lounge member your profile will be validated (and accepted).


Non-Lounge members
At a later time we will accept non-Lounge members as new users, its not yet decided when.

Please send in your Lounge support now - and make your new profile when we have confirmed the reception of your support.

As fast as we can after your Lounge support has been received your profile will be validated and you can use cluster.dk system.
Notice please that cluster.dk do not offer a 24x7 help desk and support department. We do have a job, family and we need to sleep. We will reply to as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.
Please also notice that we might request further information from you, we will contact you as fast as we can.
